At RT Fitness Home, we aim to deliver high-quality fitness coaching, digital programs, and physical products to support your health journey. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Please read our updated return and refund policy below — it applies differently to digital services and physical products.
1. Digital Services & Programs
1.1 Non-Refundable Services
All digital coaching programs, consultations, personalized workout plans, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
This includes:
Online coaching sessions (1-on-1 or group)
Digital fitness plans, eBooks, and PDFs
Subscription or membership-based training content
Once access is granted or a session is delivered, refunds cannot be issued due to the digital nature of these services.
1.2 Coaching Cancellations or Reschedules
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing support@rtfitnesshome.com.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
1.3 Exceptional Refund Considerations
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:
Duplicate payments or accidental charges
Technical errors preventing access to a purchased program (verified by our support team)
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to resolve such issues.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may return physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Opened health or personal care items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2.2 How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@rtfitnesshome.com with:
Your order number
The reason for return
Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.
2.3 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. RT Fitness Home cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
2.4 Refunds for Physical Products
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial refunds may apply if:
Items are not in their original condition
Returns are initiated after 30 days of delivery
3. Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
